- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in parts, labour rates, or regulatory changes within Australia Brisbane.
- All rates quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current rate of 10% as administered by the Australian Taxation Office (ATO).
- Payment terms: 50% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 50% payable within thirty (30) days of project completion and final report delivery. Invoices will be issued in accordance with Australian commercial invoicing standards.
- The Automotive Engineer services described herein are to be performed in strict compliance with the Australian Design Rules (ADR), Queensland Transport regulations, NHVR standards, and all applicable Australian Work Health and Safety (WHS) legislation.
- Meridian Automotive Engineering Solutions Pty Ltd shall maintain professional indemnity insurance of no less than AUD $10,000,000 and public liability insurance of no less than AUD $20,000,000 for the duration of the engagement in Australia Brisbane.
- Any variation to the scope of work must be agreed in writing by both parties prior to commencement. Additional work will be billed at the hourly rates specified in this Quotation Estimate or at mutually agreed rates.
- All intellectual property, engineering drawings, diagnostic data, and reports produced under this engagement shall remain the property of the Brisbane Regional Transport Authority upon full payment.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties. Acceptance of this document authorises the commencement of preliminary site surveys only.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent Service Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia, and the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court of Queensland, Brisbane.
- The Automotive Engineer team assigned to this project will hold current Australian engineering registrations (Engineers Australia) and relevant Queensland trade licences. Certificates of competency will be provided upon request.
