4. Project Timeline
The total estimated duration for the completion of all services outlined in this Quotation Estimate is 13 calendar weeks, commencing from the date of contract execution. The Automotive Engineer will be on-site at the client's Australia Sydney premises five (5) days per week, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 07:00 and 17:00 AEST. A detailed Gantt chart and milestone schedule will be provided within five (5) business days of contract signing.
5. Terms and Conditions
5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed after the expiry date, a revised quotation will be required to reflect any changes in market rates, material costs, or regulatory requirements applicable in Australia Sydney.
5.2 Payment terms: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this quotation, 40% upon completion of the midpoint milestone (Week 6), and the remaining 30% upon final delivery of all documentation and sign-off. All invoices are payable within fourteen (14) calendar days of issue in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
5.3 The Automotive Engineer engaged under this agreement holds a valid Australian Engineering Council (Engineers Australia) accreditation and carries professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of AUD $10,000,000, as required for all engineering services delivered in New South Wales.

5.6 This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia.
