- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Bangladesh Dhaka.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon signing of the service agreement, 30% upon completion of the technical audit and workflow redesign phase, and the remaining 30% upon final project delivery and acceptance.
- The Automotive Engineer shall report directly to the client's Plant Manager at the Gazipur facility and will maintain a weekly progress report submitted to the client's technical department.
- All intellectual property, reports, and documentation generated under this engagement shall become the sole property of the client upon full payment.
- AutoTech Engineering Solutions Ltd. shall maintain professional indemnity insurance covering all services rendered by the Automotive Engineer throughout the project duration.
- Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional charges at the rates specified herein.
- The client agrees to provide a dedicated workspace, access to production lines, and all necessary safety equipment for the Automotive Engineer to perform duties safely in accordance with Bangladesh occupational health and safety regulations.
- Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangladesh Dhaka in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Bangladesh.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined above for the engagement of the Automotive Engineer services as described. This document, once countersigned by both parties, shall constitute a binding service agreement for the duration specified.
