The scope encompasses the following deliverables:

• Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, rates and availability of the Automotive Engineer resources may be subject to revision.
• Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days of invoice date by bank transfer to the account of AutoTech Engineering Solutions BV, BIC: GEBABEBB, IBAN: BE68 5390 0754 7034. Invoices will be issued monthly in arrears based on hours logged by the Automotive Engineer team.
• Working Hours: Standard working hours for the Automotive Engineer personnel are 08:00 to 17:00, Monday through Friday, in accordance with Belgian working time regulations (Code du Travail). Overtime will be billed at 1.5× the standard hourly rate and requires prior written approval.
• Travel & Accommodation: All services are to be performed at the client's premises located in Belgium Brussels. Should the Automotive Engineer be required to travel to secondary sites within the Brussels-Capital Region or the broader Flemish/Wallonian regions, travel expenses will be reimbursed at cost with receipts.
• Confidentiality: The Automotive Engineer and all supporting staff shall sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to commencing work. All technical data, design files, and proprietary information remain the exclusive property of the client.
• Intellectual Property: All deliverables, including design documents, simulation results, test reports, and code produced by the Automotive Engineer under this Quotation Estimate, shall be the sole intellectual property of the client upon full payment.
• Termination: Either party may terminate this engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be invoiced for all services rendered up to the termination date.
• Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Brussels.
• Insurance & Liability: AutoTech Engineering Solutions BV maintains professional indemnity insurance with a coverage of €5,000,000 per claim. The Automotive Engineer shall comply with all HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols at the client's facility in Belgium Brussels.
• Subcontracting: No portion of the Automotive Engineer services shall be subcontracted without the prior written consent of the client.
