• 30% advance payment (R$ 69,989.40) due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and prior to commencement of work.

• 30% final payment (R$ 69,989.40) due within fifteen (15) business days following the final on-site inspection visit and submission of the complete technical report.

4. Terms and Conditions

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all pricing and availability must be reconfirmed in writing.
• All Automotive Engineer services shall be performed in strict compliance with Brazilian federal and state regulations, including but not limited to INMETRO certification requirements, ANVISA safety directives, and the Proconve emission standards enforced in the Brazil Rio de Janeiro jurisdiction.
