The Automotive Engineer assigned to this engagement will hold a minimum of fifteen (15) years of progressive experience in powertrain development, chassis engineering, and vehicle integration. The professional will operate primarily from our São Paulo office, with the flexibility to conduct on-site assessments at the client's manufacturing facilities throughout the metropolitan region of Brazil São Paulo, including the industrial corridors of ABC Paulista, Campinas, and Sorocaba.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. All prices are quoted in Brazilian Reais (BRL) and are inclusive of applicable state taxes (ICMS) for services rendered within the state of São Paulo. Payment terms are structured as follows: thirty percent (30%) upon contract signing, forty percent (40%) upon completion of the mid-project milestone, and the remaining thirty percent (30%) upon final delivery and client acceptance of all engineering deliverables.

The Automotive Engineer will maintain full professional liability insurance and CREA-SP registration throughout the duration of the engagement. Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written amendment and supplementary quotation. Travel expenses within the metropolitan area of Brazil São Paulo are included; travel to locations outside the metropolitan region will be billed at cost with prior written approval from the client.

All engineering deliverables, including but not limited to design specifications, simulation reports, test data analyses, and compliance documentation, will be submitted in both digital (PDF and native CAD/CAE file formats) and printed formats. The anticipated project timeline spans approximately twelve (12) weeks from the commencement date, with weekly progress reports submitted to the client's project manager. The final deliverables package will be presented at a formal review meeting to be held at our São Paulo office or at the client's designated location within Brazil São Paulo.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and confirms acceptance of the proposed scope, pricing, and terms for the Automotive Engineer services to be performed in Brazil São Paulo. This acceptance authorizes Almeida Automotive Engineering Ltda. to proceed with resource allocation and project scheduling.
