The Automotive Engineer will conduct finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations to validate design integrity.
- Chassis and Suspension Engineering: Development and tuning of adaptive suspension systems, structural crashworthiness analysis, and NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) optimization for the Canada Toronto production facility's target vehicle models.

The Automotive Engineer engagement outlined in this Quotation Estimate is projected to span a total duration of eight (8) calendar months, commencing on or around August 1, 2025, and concluding by March 31, 2026. Milestone deliverables will be submitted bi-weekly, with formal progress reviews conducted monthly at the client's Canada Toronto headquarters. The Automotive Engineer will maintain a minimum on-site presence of three (3) days per week at the Northgate facility during active development phases.
5.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in the Canada Toronto engineering sector.
5.2 Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days of invoice receipt. A 15% retainer is due upon execution of the service agreement. Remaining balances will be invoiced monthly in arrears. Late payments will incur interest at 1.5% per month as permitted under the Ontario Interest Act.
5.3 Intellectual Property: All engineering designs, calculations, simulations, and documentation produced by the Automotive Engineer under this engagement shall become the sole property of Northgate Vehicle Manufacturing Ltd. upon full payment. 5.4 Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, trade secrets, and technical data exchanged during the course of this engagement, in accordance with the Ontario Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable Canada Toronto municipal regulations.
5.5 Limitation of Liability: The total liability of Meridian Automotive Engineering Solutions Inc. under this Quotation Estimate shall not exceed the total contract value of $78,060.40 CAD. Neither party shall be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
5.6 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting service agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Canada Toronto.
5.7 Cancellation: Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be invoiced for all services rendered up to the termination date, plus a 10% administrative fee on the remaining contract value.
