- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any work commenced after the expiry date will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates for Automotive Engineer services in Canada Vancouver.

- The Automotive Engineer assigned to this project will maintain full professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $5,000,000 CAD, as required for engineering services in the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters described in this Quotation Estimate will require a written change order signed by both parties. Additional hours or services will be billed at the prevailing hourly rate specified in the relevant line item.

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through mediation in Vancouver, BC, before proceeding to litigation in the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
- The client agrees to provide reasonable access to vehicles, facilities, and technical documentation at the Canada Vancouver project site. Delays caused by client-side unavailability will result in a pro-rata extension of the project timeline at no additional cost to the client.
