The Automotive Engineer engagement is scheduled to commence within 10 business days of contract signature and is expected to be completed within 6 weeks. All on-site work will be conducted at the client's facility in Santiago or at approved service centers within the Metropolitan Region. The final technical report will be delivered within 5 business days of the last on-site activity.

- All intellectual property generated under this contract, including the maintenance program and optimization recommendations, shall be the exclusive property of the client upon full payment.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters (earthquakes, volcanic activity), government-mandated shutdowns, or severe weather affecting Santiago, shall extend the project timeline proportionally without penalty to either party.
