This Quotation Estimate is issued by Andes Automotive Engineering Solutions S.A.S. to provide comprehensive Automotive Engineer professional services to be executed in Colombia Bogotá. The scope encompasses the full spectrum of automotive engineering consultancy, design validation, performance optimization, and regulatory compliance support required by the client for their new commercial vehicle fleet integration project.
Our team of certified Automotive Engineer specialists, based in our primary operations center in Colombia Bogotá, will deliver the following services in accordance with Colombian technical regulations (Resolución 100 de 2016 del Ministerio de Transporte) and international ISO 26262 functional safety standards.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing for the Automotive Engineer services may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Colombia Bogotá.
- All Automotive Engineer personnel assigned to this project will hold valid professional registration with the Colombian Colegio de Ingenieros and possess a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in the automotive sector.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of on-site fieldwork in Colombia Bogotá, and 20% upon delivery of the final engineering report package.
- All work will be performed in compliance with Colombian labor law (Código Sustantivo del Trabajo) and applicable occupational health and safety regulations in force in Colombia Bogotá.
- The Automotive Engineer team will provide weekly progress reports to the client's project manager. All deliverables will be submitted in both Spanish and English.
- Any scope modifications beyond the parameters described in this Quotation Estimate will require a formal change order signed by both parties before additional work commences.
- Confidentiality: All technical data, proprietary designs, and operational information shared during the engagement of the Automotive Engineer team will be treated under strict NDA terms.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties in Colombia Bogotá.
