This Quotation Estimate is issued by AutoTech Kinshasa Engineering Ltd. to provide comprehensive Automotive Engineer services tailored to the operational needs of TransCongo Logistics S.A.R.L. All services described herein will be delivered on-site in DR Congo Kinshasa, specifically at the client's fleet depot located in the Matete industrial zone. The scope encompasses a full-cycle technical engagement covering vehicle diagnostics, preventive maintenance scheduling, engine performance optimization, and technical training for in-house mechanics.
Our senior Automotive Engineer, Mr. David Okonkwo (15+ years of experience in commercial vehicle systems, diesel engine management, and hybrid powertrain technologies), will lead all technical activities. The Quotation Estimate below reflects the full cost of his engagement, including travel within Kinshasa, specialized diagnostic tooling, and all consumable materials required for the project duration of twelve (12) weeks.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After 15 July 2025, pricing may be subject to revision due to currency fluctuation between USD and CDF in the DR Congo Kinshasa market.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon signing of the service agreement, 35% upon completion of the mid-project milestone (Week 6), and 25% upon final delivery of the technical dossier and completion of all Automotive Engineer services.
- All services will be performed in strict compliance with the technical regulations of the Direction Générale des Transports (DGT) of the Democratic Republic of Congo and applicable standards in DR Congo Kinshasa.
- The Automotive Engineer shall maintain full professional liability insurance valid throughout the engagement period in DR Congo Kinshasa. A certificate of insurance will be provided prior to commencement of work.
- Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a supplementary written agreement and separate cost assessment.
- The client agrees to provide safe working access to all vehicles and facilities at the Matete depot, including adequate lighting, ventilation, and electrical power supply for diagnostic equipment.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration under the rules of the Centre d'Arbitrage de Kinshasa, DR Congo.
- All intellectual property, including the maintenance program design and technical reports, shall become the property of the client upon full payment.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes AutoTech Kinshasa Engineering Ltd. to proceed with the Automotive Engineer services as described herein, to be executed in DR Congo Kinshasa.
