This Quotation Estimate is issued by Nile Automotive Engineering Solutions, a registered professional firm operating in Egypt Cairo, to provide comprehensive Automotive Engineer consulting and technical services for the client's fleet modernization and diagnostic overhaul project. The scope encompasses the full spectrum of automotive engineering expertise required to bring the client's 45-vehicle commercial fleet into compliance with the latest Egyptian Ministry of Transport regulations and international ISO 16749 standards.
As a certified Automotive Engineer with over fourteen years of hands-on experience in the Egyptian automotive sector, the undersigned will personally oversee all phases of the engagement. The services will be delivered from our primary workshop and engineering office located in the Nasr City industrial zone of Egypt Cairo, with on-site inspections conducted at the client's premises in Downtown Cairo as required. All deliverables will adhere to the technical specifications outlined in the attached annexure and will be subject to quality assurance review by a secondary Automotive Engineer from our team.

Payment shall be structured in three milestones: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the mid-project inspection (Week 3), and the remaining 30% upon final delivery and sign-off of all compliance certificates. All payments are to be made in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) via bank transfer to the account of Nile Automotive Engineering Solutions, National Bank of Egypt, Cairo Branch. A 2% monthly late-payment surcharge will apply to any overdue balances.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any work commenced after the expiry date will be subject to re-pricing based on prevailing material and labor costs in Egypt Cairo.
- All Automotive Engineer services are performed in strict accordance with the Egyptian Engineering Syndicate code of practice and the relevant provisions of the Egyptian Civil Code (Law No. 131 of 1948, as amended).
- The Automotive Engineer assigned to this project holds a valid professional license issued by the Egyptian Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and is fully insured for professional liability up to EGP 5,000,000.
- Warranty on all mechanical and electrical work performed is twelve (12) months from the date of final acceptance, covering both parts and labor. This warranty is void if the vehicle is serviced by an unauthorized third party.
- The client agrees to provide safe access to all vehicles and premises within Egypt Cairo during the agreed working hours (08:00 – 17:00, Sunday through Thursday).
- Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties before additional work commences. The Quotation Estimate total will be adjusted accordingly.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty days, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt.
- All technical data, diagnostic reports, and proprietary information exchanged during this project remain the confidential property of the respective parties and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
The estimated duration for full completion of all services outlined in this Quotation Estimate is six (6) weeks from the date of contract execution. The Automotive Engineer team will conduct a kickoff meeting at the client's facility in Egypt Cairo within five business days of acceptance. Weekly progress reports will be submitted every Friday, and a final comprehensive report with all compliance documentation will be delivered upon project closure.
