This Quotation Estimate is predicated on the following assumptions relating to the France Lyon operating environment:
- The Automotive Engineer personnel will be engaged under French labour law (Code du Travail) and will be subject to the applicable collective agreement for the automotive sector in the France Lyon region.
- All on-site work will be conducted at the client's facility in France Lyon or at approved satellite locations within a 30-kilometre radius of Lyon city centre.
- The Quotation Estimate assumes standard working hours of 35 hours per week in accordance with French statutory requirements, with overtime to be billed separately at 1.5× the hourly rate.
- Compliance with French data-protection regulations (RGPD / GDPR) and the specific automotive industry data-handling protocols in force in France Lyon will be maintained throughout the engagement.

This Quotation Estimate remains valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate constitutes a binding agreement for the provision of Automotive Engineer services in France Lyon as described herein. The agreement shall be governed by the laws of the French Republic, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Lyon (Tribunal de Commerce de Lyon), France Lyon.
