All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Provence Automotive Engineering Consultants SARL, BNP Paribas, Marseille, France. Late payments shall incur interest at the rate prescribed by French commercial law (Code de commerce, Article L441-10).

5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability must be reconfirmed in writing.

5.2 The Automotive Engineer’s availability is contingent upon the client’s written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate within the validity period. Should the client require a revised timeline, a supplementary Quotation Estimate may be issued to reflect any scheduling adjustments.

5.3 All intellectual property generated specifically for the client under this engagement shall be transferred to the client upon full payment. General methodologies, templates, and pre-existing knowledge of the Automotive Engineer remain the property of Provence Automotive Engineering Consultants SARL.

5.4 The client agrees to provide reasonable access to facilities, vehicles, and technical data necessary for the Automotive Engineer to perform the services in France Marseille. Failure to provide timely access may result in schedule delays, for which our firm shall not be held liable.

5.5 This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the French Republic. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this document shall be submitted to the competent courts of Marseille, France.

5.6 The Automotive Engineer shall comply with all applicable health and safety regulations in force in France, including those specific to industrial and automotive environments in the Marseille metropolitan area.
