This Quotation Estimate outlines the professional services to be delivered by a senior Automotive Engineer engaged by TechnoDrive Engineering GmbH for deployment at the client's facilities in Germany Berlin. The scope encompasses the following core deliverables:
- Powertrain System Design & Validation: The Automotive Engineer shall lead the design, simulation, and validation of next-generation electric vehicle (EV) powertrain architectures, including battery management systems (BMS), motor controllers, and thermal management subsystems, in compliance with ISO 26262 functional safety standards.

Payment Terms & Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After expiry, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Germany Berlin.
- Payment shall be made via SEPA bank transfer to TechnoDrive Engineering GmbH, IBAN: DE89 3704 0044 0532 0130 00, BIC: COBADEFFXXX, within 30 days of invoice date (Zahlungsziel 30 Tage).
- A 20% advance payment is required upon contract signature to secure the Automotive Engineer's availability and commence project mobilisation in Germany Berlin.
- Monthly progress invoices will be issued on the 1st of each month for services rendered in the preceding month.
- Any scope change exceeding 10% of the original Quotation Estimate value must be approved in writing by both parties before additional work commences.
- Applicable law is the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Jurisdiction for any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be the competent courts in Berlin, Germany.
- The Automotive Engineer shall comply with all data protection regulations under the GDPR (DSGVO) and German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) when handling client intellectual property and technical documentation.
