1. Scope of Work — Automotive Engineer Services
This Quotation Estimate is issued by TechnoDrive Engineering GmbH to provide comprehensive Automotive Engineer professional services for the Bavarian Motors Innovation AG project located in Germany Munich. The scope encompasses the full lifecycle engineering support required for the next-generation electric vehicle powertrain integration program. 3. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and availability of the Automotive Engineer team must be reconfirmed in writing.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon contract signature; 40% upon completion of Phase I deliverables; 30% upon final acceptance and handover of all engineering documentation in Germany Munich.
- All Automotive Engineer personnel assigned to this project will comply with the German Occupational Safety and Health Act (Arbeitsschutzgesetz) and the client's internal site safety protocols at the Munich facilities.
- Intellectual property generated during the engagement shall remain the exclusive property of Bavarian Motors Innovation AG, as stipulated in the separate Non-Disclosure and IP Assignment Agreement.
- Any scope changes exceeding 10% of the original Quotation Estimate value will require a formal change order signed by both parties before additional work commences.
