This Quotation Estimate is issued by AutoTech Engineering Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in response to the formal request for proposal received from Bharat Motors Ltd. The purpose of this document is to provide a comprehensive, itemized cost breakdown for the engagement of a senior Automotive Engineer to support the Electric Vehicle (EV) Powertrain Development Phase II project. All services described herein will be delivered on-site and remotely from our registered office in India Bangalore, ensuring proximity to the client's manufacturing and R&D facilities located in the greater Bangalore metropolitan area.
The Automotive Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties and deliverables over a period of twelve (12) months:
- Design, simulation, and validation of the 400V high-voltage battery management system (BMS) for the next-generation EV platform.
- Thermal management system architecture development, including coolant loop design and heat exchanger sizing, to be executed from our India Bangalore engineering centre.
- Integration testing of the electric motor controller (e-motor) with the vehicle CAN bus network, adhering to ISO 26262 functional safety standards.
- Preparation of detailed engineering drawings, BOMs, and DFMEA documentation in compliance with IATF 16949 quality management requirements.
- Weekly progress reporting and bi-weekly technical review meetings with the client's cross-functional team at the Bangalore facility.
- Support during prototype build, road testing, and homologation activities conducted at the ARAI test track in India Bangalore.
- Knowledge transfer sessions to the in-house engineering team upon project completion.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period will require revalidation of pricing.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon signing of the service agreement, 40% upon completion of prototype build and road testing, and 30% upon final knowledge transfer and project closure.
- All invoices shall be payable within fifteen (15) days of receipt. Late payments shall attract interest at 1.5% per month as per Indian commercial practice.
- The Automotive Engineer shall adhere to the client's site safety protocols, confidentiality agreements (NDA), and data protection policies while working at the India Bangalore facility.
- Any change in scope beyond 10% of the original estimate will require a revised Quotation Estimate and mutual written approval before additional work commences.
- Intellectual property developed specifically for the client under this engagement shall vest with the client upon full and final payment. Pre-existing IP of AutoTech Engineering Solutions remains the property of the service provider.
- This engagement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
- The Automotive Engineer shall not be assigned to any competing project during the term of this contract without prior written consent from the client.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated lockdowns, or pandemics affecting operations in India Bangalore, shall extend the project timeline proportionally without penalty to either party.
By signing below, the client acknowledges that this Quotation Estimate accurately represents the scope, cost, and terms for the Automotive Engineer services to be rendered in India Bangalore. This document, once countersigned by both parties, shall constitute a binding service agreement.
