- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised based on prevailing market conditions in the India Mumbai engineering services sector.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this quotation, 40% upon completion of the prototype validation phase, and 20% upon final project handover and documentation submission.
- All invoices shall be raised from our registered office in Andheri East, Mumbai, and payments shall be made via NEFT/RTGS to the bank account specified on the invoice. TDS at 10% under Section 194J of the Income Tax Act, 1961, shall be deducted by the client as applicable.
- The Automotive Engineer and all supporting technical staff shall be bound by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Intellectual Property Assignment Agreement, ensuring that all designs, data, and proprietary information developed during the engagement remain the exclusive property of Bharat Motors & Components Ltd.
- Any scope changes, additional design iterations, or extended test cycles beyond the agreed timeline shall be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate and mutual written consent before execution.
- The Automotive Engineer shall report to the client's Head of R&D on a weekly basis and provide monthly progress reports in both English and Hindi to facilitate internal stakeholder communication within the India Mumbai operations.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by natural disasters, government-mandated lockdowns, or regulatory changes specific to the Indian automotive industry.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The jurisdiction of courts in India Mumbai shall be exclusively applicable.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties on their respective letterheads.
