This Quotation Estimate is issued by Apex Automotive Engineering Solutions Pvt. Ltd. to provide comprehensive Automotive Engineer consulting and technical services for the client's next-generation electric vehicle powertrain development programme. All services described herein shall be executed by a qualified Automotive Engineer team based in India New Delhi, leveraging local manufacturing expertise, regulatory knowledge of the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), and proximity to the client's New Delhi headquarters.
The Automotive Engineer engagement covers the full lifecycle of the powertrain design, from initial concept validation through to production readiness. The Automotive Engineer will work on-site at the client's facility in New Delhi for a minimum of four days per week, with remote support available on the remaining days. All deliverables shall comply with Indian automotive industry standards and the specific technical requirements outlined in the client's Request for Proposal (RFP) dated 02 June 2025.

3.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in market rates, software licence costs, or applicable tax regulations in India New Delhi.
3.2 Payment shall be made in three equal instalments: 40% upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the Service Agreement, 30% upon completion of the third month of the Automotive Engineer engagement, and the remaining 30% upon successful handover of all deliverables and final acceptance by the client.
3.3 All Automotive Engineer personnel assigned to this project shall be employees of Apex Automotive Engineering Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and shall be subject to the client's site security protocols at the Bhikaji Cama Place facility in New Delhi. Background verification and NDA execution are mandatory prior to on-site access.
3.4 Intellectual property generated during the course of this engagement shall vest exclusively with the client. The Automotive Engineer team shall not reuse, disclose, or commercialise any proprietary data, designs, or documentation without prior written consent from the client.
3.5 Any change in scope, additional Automotive Engineer resources, or extension of the project timeline beyond the six-month period stated herein shall be governed by a formal Change Order signed by both parties. A supplementary Quotation Estimate will be provided for all such changes.
3.6 This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this document shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
3.7 The Automotive Engineer team shall adhere to all applicable occupational health and safety regulations as prescribed by the Directorate General of Factory Advice, Safety & Labour (DGFS&L), Government of India, while working at the client's premises in India New Delhi.
4. Acceptance and AuthorizationBy signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for Automotive Engineer services to be rendered in India New Delhi as per the terms, conditions, and cost structure outlined above.
