As stipulated in this Quotation Estimate, payment shall be structured as follows: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the mid-project milestone review, and the remaining 20% upon final delivery of all Automotive Engineer deliverables and sign-off by the client's project manager in Indonesia Jakarta. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by PT. Nusantara Automotive Engineering Solutions. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 2% per month as per Indonesian commercial law.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in market conditions in Indonesia Jakarta.
- The Automotive Engineer shall maintain full professional liability insurance and adhere to all occupational safety standards applicable in Indonesia Jakarta.
