1. Scope of Work & Description

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the issue date. After 14 July 2025, rates may be revised to reflect current Automotive Engineer market pricing in Italy Milan.
• Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract signature, 40% upon completion of Phase I (design and simulation), and 30% upon final delivery and acceptance of all deliverables. Invoices are payable within 30 days of issue in accordance with Italian commercial law (Codice Civile, Art. 1181).
• All engineering deliverables, including CAD models, simulation reports, test data, and homologation dossiers, shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment.
• The Automotive Engineer shall comply with all applicable Italian occupational health and safety regulations (D.Lgs. 81/2008) while working on-site in Italy Milan or at any client-designated location within the region.
