The scope encompasses the following technical deliverables and consulting activities:

• 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service contract.

• 30% final payment upon delivery of all documentation, successful homologation, and client sign-off.
• All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the IBAN specified on the invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as per Italian commercial law (Codice Civile, Art. 1284).

5. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and availability of the Automotive Engineer team are subject to revision.
• All services shall be performed in Italy Rome and its surrounding metropolitan area unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any work performed outside the Lazio region will be quoted separately.
• The Automotive Engineer assigned to this project shall hold a minimum of 15 years of professional experience in automotive powertrain and vehicle systems engineering, with a valid Italian professional registration (Albo Ingegneri, Lazio Section).
• Intellectual property generated during the engagement shall be jointly owned by both parties, with full licensing rights granted to the client for commercial use of the vehicle platform.
