This Quotation Estimate is structured for payment as follows: 30% advance payment upon contract signing, 40% payable at the six-month milestone, and the remaining 30% upon successful completion of the twelve-month engagement period. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to AutoTech Engineering Solutions Ltd., Equity Bank, Kenya Nairobi Branch, Account No. 0123456789. Invoices will be issued monthly in accordance with KRA eTIMS requirements.
4. Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Kenya Nairobi.
- The Automotive Engineer assigned to this contract shall not be substituted without prior written consent from the client, except in cases of medical leave or termination of employment.
- All work performed by the Automotive Engineer shall comply with the Kenya Motor Vehicles (Roadworthiness) Regulations, 2019, and applicable NTSA directives in force in Kenya Nairobi.
- Confidentiality: All fleet data, operational records, and proprietary information shared during the engagement shall remain strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written authorization.
- Liability: AutoTech Engineering Solutions Ltd. shall not be held liable for damages arising from vehicle misuse, operator error, or force majeure events. The Automotive Engineer's professional indemnity insurance (KES 5,000,000 coverage) shall apply to all services rendered.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the contract with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date as reflected in this Quotation Estimate.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the resulting contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Kenya Nairobi in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1995 of Kenya.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and the advance payment has been received in full.
