1. Scope of Work — Automotive Engineer Services

This Quotation Estimate is issued by AutoTech Engineering Solutions S.A. de C.V. to provide comprehensive Automotive Engineer professional services to Grupo Industrial Automotriz del Norte S.A. de C.V. The scope encompasses technical consulting, design validation, performance analysis, and regulatory compliance support for automotive systems. All services will be delivered by a certified Automotive Engineer with over fifteen (15) years of experience in powertrain development, chassis dynamics, and vehicle electronics, operating primarily out of our offices in Mexico Mexico City with on-site visits to the client's facilities as required.

3. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Mexico Mexico City.
All Automotive Engineer services described herein shall be performed in accordance with applicable Mexican federal regulations, NOM standards, and industry best practices.
Payment terms: 40% advance upon contract signing, 30% upon completion of Month 3 milestones, and 30% upon final project delivery and acceptance. All payments shall be made in Mexican Pesos (MXN) via bank transfer to the account specified in the service contract.
The Automotive Engineer assigned to this project shall maintain professional liability insurance and comply with all occupational safety regulations in force in Mexico Mexico City.
Intellectual property generated specifically for the client under this engagement shall be transferred upon full payment. Pre-existing methodologies, tools, and proprietary software of AutoTech Engineering Solutions remain the property of the provider.
Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in a formal change order signed by both parties. Additional hours beyond the quoted quantities will be billed at the applicable unit rates listed above.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal service agreement must be executed by both parties before work commences. The agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United Mexican States, with jurisdiction in Mexico Mexico City.
Confidentiality: All technical data, design documents, and proprietary information exchanged during the engagement are subject to a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to be signed prior to project initiation.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, or public health emergencies affecting operations in Mexico Mexico City.

4. Acceptance

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms outlined above for the provision of Automotive Engineer services in Mexico Mexico City.
