• Conception and 3D modeling of the vehicle chassis and powertrain integration using CATIA V6 and Siemens NX platforms.
• Thermal and structural finite element analysis (FEA) of critical automotive components.
• Design validation and prototype testing coordination with local laboratories in Casablanca.
• Compliance review against Moroccan NM standards, ECE regulations, and ISO 26262 functional safety requirements.
• Technical documentation, BOM (Bill of Materials) preparation, and manufacturing process specification.
• On-site supervision of the pilot production line during the first 90 days of ramp-up.

This Quotation Estimate is subject to the following payment schedule, payable by bank transfer to our account at Bank of Africa, Casablanca branch:

• 30% advance payment (MAD 306,720.00) upon signature of the service contract, to be received before the Automotive Engineer commences work.
• 40% milestone payment (MAD 408,960.00) due upon completion of the design validation phase and delivery of the first prototype.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, prices and availability of the Automotive Engineer may be subject to revision.
2. All services described herein will be performed in Morocco Casablanca and its immediate industrial periphery (Settat, Mohammedia, Berrechid) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. The Automotive Engineer and all supporting personnel shall comply with Moroccan labor law (Code du Travail) and the client's on-site health and safety regulations.
4. Intellectual property generated during the course of this engagement shall be jointly owned by both parties, as stipulated in the separate IP agreement to be executed alongside the service contract.
5. Any change in scope beyond the activities listed in Section 1 will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by our office in Casablanca.
6. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved by the competent commercial courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
7. Confidentiality obligations shall survive for a period of five (5) years following the completion of the project.
