3. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this validity period will require a revised quotation.
• All rates quoted are in Euros (EUR) and are exclusive of 21% Dutch Value Added Tax (VAT), which is added at the final invoice stage in accordance with Netherlands tax regulations.
• The Automotive Engineer assigned to this engagement shall hold a minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in vehicle engineering, with demonstrated expertise in at least two of the following domains: powertrain, ADAS, chassis dynamics, or emissions compliance.
