The scope of this engagement is specifically tailored to the operational requirements of commercial vehicle fleets operating within the Nigeria Lagos metropolitan area and its surrounding industrial corridors, including the Apapa port zone, the Ikorodu industrial axis, and the Ogun State logistics hubs.
As a registered and certified Automotive Engineer with over fourteen years of hands-on experience in commercial vehicle systems, diesel engine diagnostics, hybrid powertrain integration, and predictive maintenance planning, the undersigned engineer is fully equipped to deliver the technical services outlined in this Quotation Estimate. All work will be conducted in strict compliance with the Nigerian Vehicle Inspection Service (NVIS) regulations, the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) operational standards, and the applicable engineering codes of practice as mandated by the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).

Payment for the services detailed in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three (3) tranches:
- Tranche 1 (40%): ₦ 6,772,930 – Due within seven (7) working days of the client's written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement.
- Tranche 2 (35%): ₦ 5,926,314 – Due upon completion of the Fleet Diagnostic Assessment and submission of the Preventive Maintenance Programme Design deliverable.
- Tranche 3 (25%): ₦ 4,233,081 – Due upon final completion of all services, submission of the Hybrid Powertrain Feasibility Study, and delivery of the final technical report.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of AutoTech Engineering Solutions Ltd. at Zenith Bank Plc, Lagos Main Branch, Account No. 1024 5567 8901. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in parts availability, exchange rates, or prevailing economic conditions in Nigeria Lagos.
- The Automotive Engineer shall maintain full professional indemnity insurance coverage of not less than ₦ 50,000,000 throughout the duration of the engagement.
- All diagnostic reports, maintenance schedules, and feasibility studies produced under this engagement shall be the exclusive intellectual property of the client upon full payment.
- The client agrees to provide safe working conditions, access to all vehicles and records, and a dedicated workspace at the Lagos depot for the duration of the on-site supervision period.
- Any additional services or scope changes not covered in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost assessment.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act (Cap A18, LFN 2004).
- The Automotive Engineer reserves the right to withdraw from the engagement with fourteen (14) days' written notice in the event of force majeure, including but not limited to government-mandated shutdowns, severe flooding in Lagos, or public health emergencies.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and confirms acceptance of the scope of work, pricing, and terms outlined herein for the engagement of the Automotive Engineer and associated services in Nigeria Lagos.
