The purpose of this document is to provide a comprehensive, itemized cost breakdown for the engagement of a senior Automotive Engineer to deliver specialized technical services related to the design optimization, performance testing, and regulatory compliance of a new mid-size commercial vehicle platform currently under development at the client's Pakistan Islamabad manufacturing facility.

The Automotive Engineer to be deployed under this Quotation Estimate shall possess a minimum of twelve (12) years of progressive experience in powertrain development, chassis dynamics, and vehicle integration. The scope of work encompasses the following deliverables:

• Powertrain System Design & Calibration: Full-cycle engineering support for the 2.5L diesel engine variant, including fuel injection mapping, emission control strategy (Euro-IV compliance as mandated by the Pakistan Environmental Protection Agency), and thermal management optimization.
• Chassis & Suspension Engineering: Finite Element Analysis (FEA) of the frame structure, suspension geometry tuning for the road conditions prevalent in the Pakistan Islamabad metropolitan and surrounding provincial routes, and NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) reduction.
• Vehicle Integration & Validation: Supervision of prototype build, on-road and dynamometer testing at the client's test track in Rawalpindi (adjacent to Pakistan Islamabad), and preparation of validation reports in accordance with Pakistan Motor Vehicle Rules (PMVR) 2019.
• Regulatory & Homologation Support: Liaison with the Pakistan Automotive Testing & Research Institute (PATRI) and the Ministry of Industries & Production to ensure full type-approval certification before commercial launch.

• Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Apex Automotive Engineering Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd., Meezan Bank, Blue Area Branch, Pakistan Islamabad.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect market conditions in Pakistan Islamabad.
• The Automotive Engineer shall adhere to all health, safety, and environmental protocols at the client's premises. Any deviation shall be reported within 24 hours.
• Intellectual property generated specifically for the client under this engagement shall vest with the client upon full payment. Pre-existing methodologies and tools of the Automotive Engineer remain the property of Apex Automotive Engineering Solutions.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed lockdowns, or supply chain disruptions affecting the Pakistan Islamabad region, shall extend the project timeline proportionally without penalty to either party.
• Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting service agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Pakistan Islamabad in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940 of Pakistan.
• Confidentiality obligations shall survive the termination of this engagement for a period of three (3) years.
