The engineer possesses over twelve (12) years of hands-on experience in the Peruvian automotive sector, including work with major OEM manufacturers, fleet management companies, and industrial vehicle operations based in Peru Lima. All services will be conducted in strict compliance with Peruvian regulatory standards (NTP) and applicable municipal ordinances governing vehicle emissions, safety inspections, and industrial operations in the Lima region.

3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions, exchange rate fluctuations, or changes in Peruvian tax regulations applicable to professional services in Peru Lima.
3.2 Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in Peruvian Soles (PEN) via bank transfer to the account of Andina Automotive Engineering S.A.C. A 40% advance payment is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 60% due within fifteen (15) business days following completion of all deliverables. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Superintendencia de Banca, Seguros y AFP (SBS) of Peru.
3.3 Service Location: All on-site services, inspections, and consultations will be performed at the client's designated facility within the Lima metropolitan area, Peru Lima. Travel time within the Lima metropolitan zone is included in the quoted rates. Services requiring travel to provinces outside Lima will be subject to a separate supplementary Quotation Estimate.
3.4 Deliverables: The Automotive Engineer shall deliver all reports, technical documentation, and recommendations in both printed and digital (PDF) format within ten (10) business days following the completion of each respective service line item. All deliverables shall be in Spanish, with an English executive summary provided upon request.
3.5 Confidentiality: All technical data, fleet information, and operational details shared during the engagement are subject to a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). The Automotive Engineer and all supporting personnel are bound by professional secrecy in accordance with Peruvian labor and commercial law.
3.6 Cancellation and Modifications: The client may cancel or modify the scope of this Quotation Estimate in writing up to five (5) business days prior to the scheduled service date. Cancellations within five business days will incur a 25% administrative fee on the affected line items. Scope modifications will be documented through a formal change order signed by both parties.
3.7 Warranties: All diagnostic findings, engineering recommendations, and technical reports provided by the Automotive Engineer are warranted to be accurate to the best of professional judgment based on the data and access available at the time of inspection. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of vehicle performance outcomes or regulatory approval by third-party authorities.
3.8 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contractual relationship shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through the competent commercial courts of the judicial district of Lima, Peru Lima.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes Andina Automotive Engineering S.A.C. to proceed with the services described herein under the terms and conditions stated above. The Automotive Engineer services will commence within five (5) business days of receiving the advance payment and written confirmation.
