In accordance with the terms set forth in this Quotation Estimate, the client shall remit payment as follows: fifty percent (50%) of the total amount, equivalent to PHP 265,440.00, shall be due upon acceptance and signing of this document. The remaining fifty percent (50%), equivalent to PHP 265,440.00, shall be due upon successful completion and formal acceptance of all deliverables by the client. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to Santos Automotive Engineering Corp., BDO Unibank, Account No. 1023-4567-8901, or by certified check payable to the company. All amounts stated in this Quotation Estimate are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are inclusive of all professional fees of the Automotive Engineer but exclusive of any third-party laboratory testing fees, which shall be billed at cost with prior written approval from the client.
- This Quotation Estimate is non-binding until formally accepted in writing by the client and countersigned by an authorized representative of Santos Automotive Engineering Corp.
- All services rendered by the Automotive Engineer shall comply with the Philippine National Building Code, DENR Environmental Compliance Standards, and the Land Transportation Office (LTO) regulations applicable in Philippines Manila and the National Capital Region.
- The Automotive Engineer shall maintain full professional liability insurance coverage throughout the duration of the engagement. A certificate of insurance shall be provided upon request.
- Any changes in scope, additional services, or modifications to the original project parameters must be documented in a formal Change Order and approved in writing by both parties before implementation. Revised costs, if applicable, shall be reflected in a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
- All intellectual property, technical reports, and engineering documentation produced under this engagement shall become the sole property of the client upon full and final payment.
- This Quotation Estimate shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising herein shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Philippines Manila in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI).
- The Automotive Engineer reserves the right to decline or withdraw from any engagement that involves non-compliant, unsafe, or environmentally hazardous automotive practices, in full compliance with Philippine professional engineering ethics.
