The Automotive Engineer assigned under this Quotation Estimate shall possess a minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in powertrain systems, vehicle dynamics, and manufacturing process optimization. The engineer will be physically stationed at the client's facility in Qatar Doha and will report directly to the client's Chief Technical Officer. The scope of work encompasses the following deliverables:

• Comprehensive audit and redesign of the existing vehicle assembly line processes to improve throughput by a minimum of 15 percent.
• Development and implementation of a new quality control framework aligned with ISO/TS 16949 standards for the Automotive Engineer oversight of all production stages.
• Design review and validation of new electric vehicle (EV) battery integration systems for the client's upcoming 2026 model lineup.
• Preparation of detailed technical documentation, including failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) reports, for submission to the Qatar Standards and Metrology Authority (QSM) in Qatar Doha.

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: a non-refundable advance payment of 30 percent (QAR 216,315.00) due within ten (10) business days of contract signature; 40 percent (QAR 288,420.00) payable upon completion of the assembly line optimization phase; and the remaining 30 percent (QAR 216,315.00) payable upon final project acceptance and delivery of all technical documentation. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5 percent per month on the outstanding balance.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of the Automotive Engineer are subject to revision.
2. The Automotive Engineer shall comply with all labor laws, work permit regulations, and safety standards enforced by the Ministry of Labour and the Ministry of Municipality in Qatar Doha.
3. All intellectual property, technical drawings, and proprietary data generated during the engagement shall remain the exclusive property of the client upon full payment.
4. The Automotive Engineer is bound by a strict non-disclosure agreement (NDA) covering all client-confidential information encountered during the project tenure in Qatar Doha.
5. Any scope changes or additional services beyond the original Quotation Estimate must be approved in writing by both parties and shall be billed at the prevailing hourly rate of QAR 850 per hour.
6. Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-mandated shutdowns in Qatar Doha, shall extend the project timeline proportionally without penalty to either party.
7. Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Doha, Qatar, in accordance with the Qatar Arbitration Law No. 2 of 2017.
