The Automotive Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate will be responsible for the following core deliverables, all to be executed at the client's facility in Russia Moscow or at AutoTech's designated engineering center on Tverskaya Street:

• Full-cycle vehicle architecture design, including powertrain integration, chassis layout, and structural analysis for a mid-size SUV platform.
• FEA (Finite Element Analysis) and CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) simulations for crashworthiness, NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness), and aerodynamic performance.
• Development and validation of the electric drivetrain subsystem, including battery thermal management and motor controller calibration.
• Preparation of technical documentation in accordance with GOST R 2.105 and GOST R 2.701 standards, as required for homologation within the Russian Federation.
• Coordination with Tier-1 suppliers located in the Moscow industrial corridor for component sourcing, prototype fabrication, and bench testing.
• Monthly progress reporting and quarterly design review presentations to the client's engineering leadership team in Russia Moscow.

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in Russian Rubles (RUB) via bank transfer to the account of AutoTech Engineering Solutions LLC, Sberbank, Moscow Branch. The payment schedule is structured as follows:

• 30% advance payment (RUB 5,096,160) due within 10 business days of contract execution.
• 40% milestone payment (RUB 6,794,880) due upon completion of the design freeze and delivery of all GOST R documentation (Month 6).
• 30% final payment (RUB 5,096,160) due upon successful completion of all validation tests and handover of the final project report (Month 12).

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this period will require a revised quotation.
2. All intellectual property generated by the Automotive Engineer during the course of this engagement shall vest in the client upon full payment, subject to the terms of a separate IP assignment agreement.
3. AutoTech Engineering Solutions LLC shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of RUB 50,000,000, valid throughout the project duration in Russia Moscow.
4. The Automotive Engineer shall comply with all applicable Russian Federation labor laws, occupational health and safety regulations, and data protection requirements (Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data).
5. Any change in scope exceeding 10% of the original Quotation Estimate value shall be subject to a formal change order, signed by both parties, prior to execution of the additional work.
6. Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government sanctions, or pandemics affecting operations in Russia Moscow, shall relieve the affected party from performance obligations for the duration of the event.
7. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through arbitration at the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow, in accordance with the Arbitration Procedure Code of the Russian Federation.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Quotation Estimate accurately reflects the agreed-upon scope, pricing, and terms for the Automotive Engineer services to be delivered in Russia Moscow.
