• Preparation of technical documentation, engineering drawings, Bill of Materials (BOM), and compliance reports for submission to the Saudi Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources (MIHR).
• Coordination with local and international suppliers for procurement of OEM-grade components, ensuring adherence to the client's quality management system (ISO 9001:2015 / IATF 16949).

3. 30% Final Payment (SAR 230,660.10) – Due upon successful completion of the 12-month engagement and delivery of the final project report.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
2. The Automotive Engineer shall be subject to the Saudi Labor Law (Royal Decree No. M/51) and all applicable regulations enforced by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
3. All intellectual property, technical drawings, and documentation produced during the engagement shall become the sole property of the client upon full payment.
