This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. All prices are quoted in West African CFA Francs (XOF) and are inclusive of applicable local taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are structured as follows: thirty percent (30%) upon contract signing, forty percent (40%) at the six-month milestone, and the remaining thirty percent (30%) upon final project delivery and acceptance.
The Automotive Engineer shall be required to maintain a minimum of four (4) on-site working days per week at the client's designated facility within Senegal Dakar. Remote consulting hours may be utilized for report preparation, software analysis, and coordination with international partners. Any additional on-site requirements beyond the agreed schedule will be billed at a daily rate of 150,000 XOF.
All intellectual property, diagnostic reports, and technical documentation produced under this engagement shall remain the exclusive property of the client. The Automotive Engineer agrees to a non-disclosure period of twenty-four (24) months following the conclusion of the contract.
Important Note: This Quotation Estimate assumes standard operating conditions in Senegal Dakar. Costs associated with extreme weather disruptions, import duties on specialized equipment, or emergency after-hours call-outs exceeding twelve (12) hours per month are excluded and will be subject to a separate amendment. The client is responsible for providing a secure workspace, reliable internet connectivity, and access to all vehicles and facilities required for the Automotive Engineer to perform the outlined services.By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes Dakar Automotive Engineering Consultants SARL to proceed with the engagement of the Automotive Engineer as described herein. This document constitutes a binding commercial proposal subject to the terms and conditions stated above.
