1. SCOPE OF WORK – AUTOMOTIVE ENGINEER SERVICESThis Quotation Estimate is issued by AutoTech Engineering Solutions (Pty) Ltd to provide comprehensive Automotive Engineer services within the Johannesburg metropolitan area, South Africa. The scope of work encompasses the full lifecycle of automotive engineering support, including but not limited to vehicle diagnostics, performance optimisation, emissions compliance testing, structural integrity assessments, and technical consultancy for commercial and private vehicle fleets operating in and around Johannesburg.
Our Automotive Engineer team, comprising certified professionals registered with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA), will deploy to the client's designated facility in Johannesburg to conduct all assessments, repairs, and engineering interventions as outlined in this Quotation Estimate. All work will be performed in strict accordance with South African National Standards (SANS), the National Road Traffic Act (Act 93 of 1996), and the relevant Department of Transport regulations applicable in the Gauteng province.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to fluctuations in parts costs, labour rates, or exchange rate movements affecting imported components in South Africa.
- All Automotive Engineer services described herein shall be performed by qualified and ECSA-registered professionals. The client shall have the right to request the credentials and registration numbers of the assigned Automotive Engineer prior to commencement of work.
- Payment terms: 40% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of Week 3 activities, and the remaining 20% upon delivery of the final engineering report and certification documents. All payments are due within fourteen (14) days of invoice date.
- Any work outside the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate, including but not limited to additional vehicle units, emergency call-outs, or specialised modifications, shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional Quotation Estimate.
- AutoTech Engineering Solutions (Pty) Ltd shall not be held liable for delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to load-shedding (Stage 4 and above) as declared by Eskom in the Johannesburg area, severe weather conditions, or government-imposed restrictions.
- All work performed under this Quotation Estimate carries a warranty period of twelve (12) months from the date of final sign-off, covering workmanship only. Parts and components are covered under the respective manufacturer's warranty terms.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Magistrate's Court in Johannesburg, Gauteng.
- The client acknowledges that all diagnostic data, engineering reports, and technical documentation generated during the engagement are the intellectual property of AutoTech Engineering Solutions (Pty) Ltd, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, vehicle specifications, and operational data shared during the course of this engagement in South Africa Johannesburg.
