The Automotive Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties and deliverables, all conducted primarily at the client's facility or designated worksite in South Korea Seoul:

4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of the Automotive Engineer team are subject to re-evaluation and may be adjusted to reflect prevailing market conditions in South Korea Seoul.
4.2 Payment Schedule: A deposit of 30% of the total estimated cost shall be due upon acceptance of this quotation. The remaining 70% shall be invoiced in two equal installments: 50% upon completion of the mid-project milestone review and 50% upon final delivery of all engineering deliverables and the comprehensive report. All payments shall be made in Korean Won (KRW) via bank transfer to the account designated by Hanjin Automotive Engineering Co., Ltd.
4.3 Scope Changes: Any modification to the scope of work outlined in Section 2 must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Additional hours, extended testing, or revised design iterations will be billed at the unit rates specified in this Quotation Estimate or at mutually agreed-upon rates for new service categories.
4.4 Intellectual Property: All engineering designs, calculations, test data, and documentation produced by the Automotive Engineer under this engagement shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment. The engineering firm retains the right to reference the project in anonymized portfolio materials.
4.5 Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all technical data, proprietary information, and business strategies disclosed during the course of this project in South Korea Seoul. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) may be executed prior to commencement of work.
4.6 Liability and Insurance: The Automotive Engineer and the engineering firm shall carry professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of KRW 500,000,000. Liability for damages arising from gross negligence or willful misconduct shall be capped at the total contract value stated in this Quotation Estimate.
4.7 Governing Law: This agreement and all matters arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration at the Korea Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB) in Seoul.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes Hanjin Automotive Engineering Co., Ltd. to proceed with the engagement of the Automotive Engineer team for the services described herein, to be performed in South Korea Seoul and its immediate metropolitan area.
