SCOPE OF SERVICES – AUTOMOTIVE ENGINEERThis Quotation Estimate is issued by Iberia Automotive Engineering S.L. to provide a comprehensive breakdown of professional Automotive Engineer services to be delivered in Spain, Madrid. The scope encompasses the full spectrum of automotive engineering activities required by the client, including but not limited to: vehicle platform development, powertrain system design and validation, advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) integration, NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) analysis, crashworthiness simulation, and compliance with European and Spanish regulatory frameworks (UNE, ECE, and EU Type-Approval directives). All Automotive Engineer personnel assigned to this project will be based in our Madrid headquarters and will operate in accordance with the professional standards established by the Colegio Oficial de Ingenieros Industriales de Madrid.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates and availability of Automotive Engineer personnel may be subject to revision.
- All Automotive Engineer services described herein shall be performed in Spain, Madrid, in strict compliance with Spanish labour law (Estatuto de los Trabajadores, Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2015) and applicable EU directives.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the mid-project milestone (month 6), and 30% upon final delivery and sign-off. Invoices shall be issued in EUR and paid within 30 days via bank transfer to the account specified by Iberia Automotive Engineering S.L.
- The client acknowledges that the Automotive Engineer team will have access to proprietary technical data. A mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to the commencement of any Automotive Engineer activity in Madrid.
- Any changes to the scope of Automotive Engineer services beyond those detailed in this Quotation Estimate will require a formal Change Order signed by both parties. Additional hours will be billed at the applicable hourly rate stated above.
- All deliverables, including simulation reports, design documentation, and test data produced by the Automotive Engineer team, shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment of this Quotation Estimate.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this document shall be resolved by the competent courts of Madrid, Spain.
- The Automotive Engineer personnel assigned to this project are fully insured under the Spanish Social Security system (Seguridad Social) and carry professional liability insurance with a coverage of no less than €1,000,000 per claim.
