This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. The total cost stated above is a firm estimate based on the current scope of work and prevailing market conditions in Sudan Khartoum. Any material change in the scope, an increase in fleet size beyond the 45 vehicles specified, or a change in the operational location within Sudan Khartoum will necessitate a revised Quotation Estimate issued as a formal addendum.
Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the diagnostic assessment and maintenance program design, and the remaining 30% in equal monthly installments over the final four months of the engagement. All payments shall be made in Sudanese Pounds (SDG) via bank transfer to the account designated by Nile Automotive Engineering Consultants.
The Automotive Engineer assigned to this project holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Automotive Systems, a minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in heavy-vehicle and industrial fleet maintenance, and is registered with the Sudanese Engineers Syndicate. The Automotive Engineer shall report directly to the client's Operations Manager and shall maintain a minimum on-site presence of five (5) working days per week at the client's facility in Sudan Khartoum.
Assumptions: The client's facility in Sudan Khartoum provides adequate workshop space, electrical power supply, and basic workshop tooling. The fleet vehicles are accessible for inspection during normal working hours (07:00–17:00, Sunday–Thursday).
Exclusions: This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of replacement parts, consumables, or third-party specialist services (e.g., hydraulic system overhauls requiring external vendors). Any parts procurement will be quoted separately upon identification during the diagnostic phase.
