1. Scope of Work – Automotive Engineer Services
This Quotation Estimate is issued by Helvetia Automotive Engineering AG to provide comprehensive professional services delivered by a certified Automotive Engineer for the client's electric vehicle platform redesign project. All engineering activities will be conducted primarily within the Switzerland Zurich metropolitan area, leveraging the region's established automotive research infrastructure, proximity to ETH Zurich, and access to the Swiss Federal Laboratories for Materials Science and Technology (Empa).
The scope encompasses the full lifecycle of the Automotive Engineer engagement, including requirements analysis, system architecture design, simulation and validation, prototype integration support, and final documentation delivery. 3. Payment Terms
- 30% advance payment (CHF 46,183.91 incl. VAT) due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and signing of the service agreement.
- 40% milestone payment (CHF 61,578.55 incl. VAT) due upon completion of the simulation and validation phase (end of Week 10).
- 30% final payment (CHF 46,183.92 incl. VAT) due upon delivery of the final documentation package and acceptance by the client.
- Payments are to be made via bank transfer to the account of Helvetia Automotive Engineering AG at UBS AG, Zurich (IBAN: CH93 0023 0456 7890 1234 5). Invoices are payable within 30 days of issue.
4. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 60 calendar days from the date of issue. After expiry, rates and availability of the assigned Automotive Engineer are subject to reconfirmation.
- All intellectual property generated specifically for the client under this engagement shall transfer to the client upon full payment. Pre-existing methodologies, templates, and tools of Helvetia Automotive Engineering AG remain the property of the provider.
- The Automotive Engineer is entitled to a maximum of 10% scope variation without requiring a revised Quotation Estimate. Any work exceeding this threshold will be subject to a written change order signed by both parties.
- Confidentiality: All project data, design files, and technical information exchanged in the course of this engagement are subject to a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to be executed prior to commencement of work.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government-mandated closures affecting operations in Switzerland Zurich or elsewhere in Switzerland.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting service agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Swiss Confederation. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Zurich, Switzerland.
- The Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed the formal Service Agreement document, which will incorporate the terms outlined herein.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms set forth in this Quotation Estimate for Automotive Engineer services to be delivered in Switzerland Zurich.
