3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to fluctuating costs of spare parts and materials in the Tanzania Dar es Salaam market.
3.2 Payment Terms: A deposit of forty percent (40%) of the total amount is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining sixty percent (60%) shall be payable within fourteen (14) days of successful completion and sign-off of all Automotive Engineer services.
3.3 Warranty: All work performed by our Automotive Engineer team carries a minimum warranty of ninety (90) days or ten thousand (10,000) kilometres, whichever occurs first. This warranty covers both labour and parts supplied by Mwanza Automotive Engineering Ltd.
3.4 Scope Changes: Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost assessment by our lead Automotive Engineer.
3.5 Jurisdiction: This Quotation Estimate and all associated services shall be governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Tanzania Dar es Salaam in accordance with the Arbitration Act, Cap. 20 of the Laws of Tanzania.
3.6 Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all technical data, fleet information, and commercial terms disclosed during the engagement of our Automotive Engineer services.
Important Note: This Quotation Estimate assumes standard operating conditions for all vehicles. Should any vehicle require major structural repair, engine replacement, or non-standard component sourcing beyond the scope of routine Automotive Engineer maintenance, a supplementary estimate will be issued prior to commencement of such additional work. All prices are quoted in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) and are inclusive of standard workshop consumables within Tanzania Dar es Salaam.By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts all terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the Automotive Engineer services to be rendered in Tanzania Dar es Salaam. This signature constitutes a binding agreement between both parties.
