4.1 Payment shall be made in Turkish Lira (TRY) via bank transfer to the account designated by the Automotive Engineer service provider. A 30% advance payment is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the project timeline.
4.2 The remaining 70% shall be invoiced in two equal installments: 35% upon completion of the on-site diagnostic and calibration phase, and 35% upon delivery of the final technical documentation and compliance certificates.
4.3 All payments are due within 15 calendar days of invoice issuance. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month, in accordance with Turkish commercial law (Türk Ticaret Kanunu).
4.4 This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Should the client require a revised estimate beyond this period, the Automotive Engineer reserves the right to adjust pricing based on prevailing market conditions in Turkey Istanbul.

6.1 This Quotation Estimate constitutes a formal offer and does not create a binding contractual obligation until countersigned by both parties. The engagement of the Automotive Engineer shall be governed by a separate Service Agreement to be executed upon acceptance.
6.2 All services shall be performed in compliance with the regulations of the Republic of Turkey, including but not limited to the Turkish Code of Obligations (Türk Borçlar Kanunu) and applicable automotive industry standards set by the Turkish Standards Institution (TSE).
6.3 The Automotive Engineer shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of 5,000,000 TRY throughout the duration of the engagement in Turkey Istanbul.
6.4 Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through the Istanbul Arbitration Institute (ISTAC) in accordance with its rules of procedure.
6.5 The client acknowledges that the Automotive Engineer operates independently and is not an employee or agent of the client. All intellectual property generated during the course of the project shall be jointly owned unless otherwise specified in the Service Agreement.
