The Automotive Engineer engagement under this Quotation Estimate is structured over a total period of six (6) months commencing from the date of contract execution. Key milestones include: initial design review (Week 4), thermal system validation (Week 10), ECU calibration completion (Week 14), safety compliance sign-off (Week 18), and final project delivery with comprehensive documentation (Week 26). All deliverables will be submitted to the client's designated office in United Arab Emirates Dubai for review and approval.
4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in the United Arab Emirates Dubai automotive sector.
4.2 Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the mid-project milestone, and 30% upon final delivery and client sign-off. All payments shall be made in UAE Dirhams (AED) via bank transfer to our designated account in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
4.3 The Automotive Engineer team shall maintain full professional confidentiality regarding all proprietary data, designs, and technical specifications shared by the client. A mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to commencement of work.
