The Automotive Engineer assigned to this project holds a Professional Engineer (PE) license issued by the California Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists, and possesses over fifteen years of specialized experience in vehicle dynamics, powertrain systems, advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS), and regulatory compliance under Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS). The engineer will operate primarily from our Los Angeles facility and will conduct on-site assessments at the client's designated location within the greater Los Angeles area.

The Automotive Engineer will commence work within five (5) business days of written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The anticipated project duration is twelve (12) weeks from the start date, with milestone deliverables scheduled at weeks 4, 8, and 12. All on-site work will be conducted during standard business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time) at the client's facility in the United States Los Angeles area unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. After the expiration date, all rates and availability are subject to revision.
• Payment Schedule: 30% deposit due upon acceptance; 40% due at the midpoint milestone (Week 6); 30% due upon final delivery and acceptance of all deliverables. All payments are due within fifteen (15) days of invoice date.
