This Quotation Estimate covers all professional labor costs associated with the Automotive Engineer services described above. It does not include the cost of replacement parts, consumables, or third-party laboratory testing, which will be billed separately at cost with a 10% administrative surcharge. All services will be performed at the client's facility located in Venezuela Caracas unless otherwise agreed in writing. Travel time within the Caracas metropolitan area is included; travel to locations outside the metropolitan area (e.g., Valencia, Maracaibo, Barquisimeto) will be subject to a separate travel surcharge as detailed in Appendix B of this quotation.
The Automotive Engineer will operate in strict compliance with all applicable Venezuelan labor regulations, occupational safety standards established by the Ministerio del Poder Popular para el Trabajo, and environmental regulations governing automotive emissions in the Caracas metropolitan zone. All diagnostic equipment and specialized tools required for the execution of this Quotation Estimate are provided by the service provider at no additional cost to the client.
Terms and Conditions of this Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing may be subject to revision due to market conditions in Venezuela Caracas.
- Payment shall be made in US Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to the account specified herein. A 50% advance payment is required to initiate the project, with the remaining 50% due upon final delivery and acceptance of all deliverables.
- The Automotive Engineer services described in this Quotation Estimate are subject to a one-year warranty on all diagnostic assessments and engineering recommendations provided.
- Any changes to the scope of work must be approved in writing by both parties. Additional services beyond the original Quotation Estimate will be quoted separately.
- Confidentiality: All technical data, fleet information, and operational details shared during the engagement are subject to a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to be executed prior to commencement of work.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns, or civil unrest affecting operations in Venezuela Caracas.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, with the seat of arbitration in Caracas.
- This Quotation Estimate constitutes a binding offer upon written acceptance by the client. Acceptance may be communicated via signed copy of this document or a formal purchase order referencing Quotation Number QTE-VC-2025-0478.
