• Quality Control & Process Auditing: Monthly on-site inspections at the Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City production plant to verify adherence to ISO/TS 16949:2016 automotive quality management standards.

• 30% Advance Payment: VND 232,980,000 due within 7 business days of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
• 40% Progress Payment: VND 310,640,000 payable upon completion of the Powertrain and Chassis design phases (approximately Month 3).
• 30% Final Payment: VND 232,980,000 payable upon successful delivery of all regulatory documentation and completion of the final quality audit in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
• Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of AutoTech Solutions Vietnam Co., Ltd. at Vietcombank, Ho Chi Minh City Branch.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this period shall require a revised estimate.
• The Automotive Engineer assigned to this project shall be a minimum of 10 years' experienced professional holding a relevant engineering degree and professional certification (e.g., SAE Member, PE license).
• All work shall be performed in compliance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, including but not limited to the Labor Code, Tax Code, and applicable automotive industry regulations in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
• Intellectual property developed specifically for the client under this engagement shall be transferred to the client upon full payment. Pre-existing tools, methodologies, and software remain the property of AutoTech Solutions Vietnam Co., Ltd.
• Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. In such event, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated lockdowns, or epidemics affecting operations in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City, shall suspend obligations without penalty for a period not exceeding 60 days.
• Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City, and failing mediation, through arbitration under the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) rules.
