The Automotive Engineer shall commence work on the date confirmed by mutual agreement following acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The total estimated duration for all deliverables is twenty (20) working days, commencing from the start date and concluding with the final handover in Zimbabwe Harare. A detailed Gantt chart and weekly progress report will be provided to the client every Friday.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in exchange rates, parts availability, or labour costs in Zimbabwe Harare.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon signing, 40% upon completion of on-site diagnostics and tuning (Items 01–02), and 20% upon delivery of the final report and training completion.
- All payments shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to the account of AutoTech Engineering Solutions (Pvt) Ltd, Stanbic Bank, Harare Branch.
- The Automotive Engineer shall comply with all applicable regulations of the Engineering Institution of Zimbabwe, the Road Traffic Act (Chapter 13:09), and Harare City Council by-laws governing vehicle inspections and emissions.
- Any work beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary quotation and written approval from the client before commencement.
- Confidentiality: All technical data, fleet records, and operational information shared during the engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
- Liability: AutoTech Engineering Solutions (Pvt) Ltd shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the Automotive Engineer's recommendations. The engineer's advice is advisory in nature, and final implementation decisions rest with the client.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Harare, Zimbabwe, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe.
