Important Note: This Quotation Estimate is specific to the Algeria Algiers region. All prices are quoted in Algerian Dinars (DZD) and are subject to the current exchange rates and local market conditions. Delivery within the 15 wilayas of the Algiers metropolitan area is included at no additional cost. For deliveries beyond Algiers, a surcharge of 8% will apply. As your dedicated Baker partner, we guarantee that all products comply with Algerian food safety regulations (ANSE) and Islamic dietary standards (Halal certification).

Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be revised to reflect changes in raw material costs within the Algeria Algiers market.
Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 50% upon delivery of goods and services, and 10% upon final acceptance and sign-off by the client.
All baking services and products are subject to the Algerian Consumer Protection Law (Law 09-03 of 2009) and applicable municipal health regulations in Algiers.
The Baker (Algeria Algiers Artisan Baker) reserves the right to substitute equivalent ingredients in the event of temporary unavailability, provided prior written notice is given to the client.
Delivery schedules are subject to confirmation 48 hours in advance. Delays caused by force majeure (weather, transport strikes in Algiers, public holidays) will not be considered a breach of contract.
Warranty on equipment (Item 06) covers manufacturing defects for twelve (12) months from the date of installation in Algiers. Normal wear and tear is excluded.
Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution, matters shall be submitted to the competent commercial court in Algiers, Algeria.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned.
All intellectual property related to recipes, branding, and training materials provided by the Baker remains the exclusive property of Algeria Algiers Artisan Baker.
