3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all prices are subject to revision due to fluctuations in raw material costs within the Argentina Buenos Aires market.
3.2 Payment: A non-refundable advance payment of fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due upon acceptance of this document. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be settled within five (5) business days following the final delivery and acceptance of all Baker services in Buenos Aires.
3.3 Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests received more than fourteen (14) days prior to the service date will incur a penalty of twenty-five percent (25%) of the total Quotation Estimate. Cancellations within fourteen days will incur a penalty of fifty percent (50%).
3.4 Quality Assurance: The Baker guarantees that all products will comply with Argentine food safety regulations (ANMAT Resolution 150/2019) and will be produced in a certified kitchen located in the Palermo district of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
3.5 Intellectual Property: All recipes, techniques, and proprietary methods employed by the Baker remain the exclusive intellectual property of Panadería La Tradición Porteña. No reproduction or commercial use of these methods is permitted without written consent.
3.6 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or supply chain disruptions affecting the Argentina Buenos Aires region.
3.7 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, with jurisdiction vested in the commercial courts of the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
