1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all pricing, particularly ingredient costs and labour rates, may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Australia Brisbane.
2. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current rate of 10%, as required by the Australian Taxation Office.
3. Our Baker team operates in strict accordance with the Food Act 2006 (Queensland) and the Food Regulations 2006. All personnel hold current Food Safety Supervisor certifications valid for the state of Queensland.
4. Payment terms: 50% deposit due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; remaining 50% payable in two equal monthly instalments at the midpoint and conclusion of the twelve-week engagement period.
5. Any changes to the scope of Baker services, additional venues, or extended timelines must be agreed in writing and will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate.
6. Sunrise Artisan Bakery & Catering Co. carries a minimum of $20 million in public liability insurance, as is standard for commercial Baker operations in Australia Brisbane.
7. This estimate does not include any costs related to venue-specific equipment procurement, structural modifications, or permits that may be required by Brisbane City Council for temporary commercial kitchen use.
8. In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to severe weather events common to the Brisbane region, service interruptions exceeding 48 hours will be documented and excluded from the billing period.
