1. Scope of Work and Description
This Quotation Estimate has been prepared by Baker Artisan Baking & Catering Services (hereinafter referred to as "Baker") in response to the formal request for a comprehensive baking and pastry supply engagement for the Whitfield Corporate Events annual gala and product launch event scheduled for 19 September 2025 at the Sydney Opera House Forecourt, Australia Sydney. Baker is a registered and licensed baking enterprise operating under the Food Act 2003 (NSW) and holds a current Food Business Licence issued by the City of Sydney Council. All products and services outlined in this Quotation Estimate are to be delivered, prepared, and served in strict compliance with the Australian Food Standards Code (FSANZ) and all applicable local regulations governing food safety in Australia Sydney.

3. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
3.1 Validity. This Quotation Estimate issued by Baker is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed after the expiry date, Baker reserves the right to reissue this Quotation Estimate with revised pricing to reflect any changes in ingredient costs, labour rates, or regulatory requirements applicable in Australia Sydney.
3.2 Payment Terms. A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount, being AUD 6,567.00, is due within five (5) business days of written acceptance. The remaining balance of AUD 6,567.00 is payable within fourteen (14) days following the successful completion of the event. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to Baker's nominated account. Baker is registered for GST with the Australian Taxation Office, and all amounts stated in this Quotation Estimate are inclusive of GST at the current rate of ten percent (10%).
3.3 Cancellation and Rescheduling. Cancellations received more than twenty-one (21) days prior to the event date will incur a fee of twenty-five percent (25%) of the total Quotation Estimate. Cancellations between fourteen (14) and twenty-one (21) days will incur fifty percent (50%). Cancellations within fourteen (14) days will result in the full deposit being forfeited. Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing to Baker no later than fourteen (14) days before the original event date and are subject to availability in the Australia Sydney market.
3.4 Dietary Requirements and Allergen Labelling. Baker will adhere to all Australian allergen labelling requirements under Standard 1.2.3 of the Food Standards Code. Clients must declare all guest dietary restrictions, allergies, and intolerances in writing no later than seven (7) days prior to the event. Baker will provide a detailed allergen matrix with each delivery.
3.5 Insurance and Liability. Baker maintains a Public Liability Insurance policy with a minimum cover of AUD 20,000,000, compliant with the requirements of the City of Sydney and the State of New South Wales. Baker's insurance certificate will be provided to the client upon request prior to the event.
3.6 Governing Law. This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia Sydney, and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) or, where the amount exceeds the jurisdictional limit, the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
3.7 Intellectual Property. All custom cake designs, pastry presentations, and branding elements created by Baker specifically for this engagement remain the intellectual property of Baker Artisan Baking & Catering Services. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use photographs of the final products for internal corporate communications only.
4. Acceptance and Authorisation
By signing below, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this Quotation Estimate. Baker confirms that all services and goods described herein will be delivered in accordance with the specifications, timelines, and quality standards outlined in this document. This Quotation Estimate constitutes a binding offer from Baker Artisan Baking & Catering Services, Australia Sydney, upon the client's written acceptance and receipt of the initial deposit.
